Mixed Residential Development in Historic Protected Village

This scheme is integrated beautifully into this close-knit, historic protected village of Hillsborough in which it is situated.  It is a mixed use development of apartments and townhouses.

It took three years to gain planning permission for the development due to its sensitive location. It has proved to be a hugely popular development due to the appearance and design of the dwellings and because of it central location within the village. The design of the buildings reflects the architectural style of the area.

Together with beautifully manageable planted gardens and landscaped communal areas, this ‘mews style’ sanctuary, or the quaint ‘lane row’ properties, provide the perfect base to live and explore the rich surrounding countryside.
