Concrete and glazed dwelling with accommodation distributed from central space

This a contemporary house constructed of concrete and glass. Its accommodation is distributed around a double height central spine. The living space connects into the spine at varying angles and directions.

The house is private and understated from the road but open and lively to the seaside. As the curved spine opens up it creates a south-westerly facing suntrap, with large sealed glazing to the sea on the north side.
