I am delighted to provide a reference letter for the architectural practice of Des Ewing. Our Family has a long standing relationship (over 15 years) with his excellent firm and in particular we have a close and trusted relationship with Des Ewing himself. Des Ewing and his excellent team have completed numerous projects for us, which include, for example:
-for our family home, he solved a long standing circulation issue by some key reorganization and a modest size extension
-for our family business, he has designed a beautiful 5,000 square foot classical house which is soon to be under construction.
 
A particular reason why we use Des Ewing is his ability to grasp the original concepts that we as his client express and then effectively ensure that this is captured in the subsequent architectural design. His practice is renowned for creating designs that are both beautiful and more importantly, practical. We have always found this to be the case and in our experience his team always delivers a design that is both rigorously detailed and of high quality. In addition, while other architects have perhaps diversified away from their core areas of strength, the Des Ewing practice have become more focused and therefore always bring an experienced team to the project.
