Best Greenfield Housing - CEF Construction Excellence Awards 2011

Now in their twelfth year, the CEF Awards have become the highlight of the construction calendar and showcase the best the Northern Ireland construction industry has to offer. The Des Ewing designed Reader’s Park residential development has recently been recognised by the CEF Construction Excellence Awards 2011 by winning the Greenfield Housing category.

Constructed by Mastercraft and owned by holm NI, Reader’s Park sits at the heart of the exciting new Westlands development in Ballyclare - a visionary scheme that will create fabulous natural parkland spaces and fully equipped play areas for the residents to enjoy plus a new road link connecting the local community.

Commenting on behalf of holm NI, Managing Director Kevin Lynch said: “Our ambition has always been to deliver the highest standards of quality, design and service to local homebuyers in everything that we do. That’s why we are delighted that the high quality of workmanship at Readers Park has been recognised at these prestigious awards”.

Des said, “I wanted to create a destination where people want to be, with an emphasis on quality design, space and light - creating functional and practical homes for 21st Century living”.
