Double Height Apartment Renovation

This double height, one bedroom apartment was stripped back to its bare bones to create this grand, yet contemporary living space.

The original decorative mouldings, sash windows and fireplace were retained to maintain the property’s classic character.

New timber flooring was installed to elevate the space, and a modern black metal balustrade adds a contemporary look.
