Ice Cool Modern Home Brings City Living to Another Level

ICEBERG is partially visible from the street, plunging a dramatic three floors at the rear, and painted ice white it, literally resembles an iceberg.

The design concept for the project was to create a number of bespoke contemporary design-led home. The intention was for the design team to have complete control, taking the project for a concept right through to completing on site.
 
Des Ewing Residential Architects brought together a team of like-minded local individuals in the design field. They share our passion for promoting the evolution of quality architecture and development.

Collectively the team has worked to produce something distinctive, representing modern architecture design within Northern Ireland.
