New Build Stone Clad Family Home

This stone clad family home sits within an open site looking out towards Belfast Lough. The entrance is central to the front façade with the forecourt and garage to the right. To the left you have the garden which leads you round to the back of the home.

As we move inside, the stone cladding is continued, creating a transition zone in the entrance hall between interior and exterior.

From there we move to the back of the home to an open planned living space which makes the most of the view and natural light with the use of large glazing. This can be opened out to connect the internal living space with the garden and outdoor eating area.

The clever design of this long open planned area is broken up by the use of changing floor materials and half walls. This allows the kitchen, dining area and living space to function individually but also feel connected as a whole, creating a space which has a light, airy ambiance.
