One Bedroom Apartment Makeover Project

An internal renovation project, of a one bed apartment which aimed to create a sophisticated living space at a low-cost price. 

Using the right finishes – such a high-quality laminate flooring, and well-designed off the shelf kitchen joinery, the apartment provides a stylish, yet affordable home.

Minimalist fittings to the doors, lights, and within the bathroom, create a clean and modern finish to the property, and kept the overall cost of the project low.

The one bedroom of the apartment was limited on space; therefore, joinery was designed to be placed above the bed. This created a feature on the bed wall, while providing additional storage.

This project is a great example of how with the correct and smart design a space can be transformed without breaking the bank.
