Despite its location in a Conservation Area, this traditional red brick replacement dwelling boasts a modern rear. This was achieved through the considered design of the front elevation, ensuring the home matched the classical context of its location and fitted in with the neighbouring houses. The redbrick style dwelling representing the style of the area.

The clients wanted to create a more modern home featuring an open plan kitchen living space. This large room with high vaulted ceilings and roof lights achieve the clients dream of a large modern space. Ideal for family life and hosting.

The roof lights flood the space with natural light making it feel even larger. The glazed sliding doors allow even more light to enter the contemporary section of the dwelling.

They also create an amazing connection to the stunning landscaped garden and outdoor seating are. The visual connection through the glazing as well as the physical connection when the doors are open, allowing the space to feel even larger.
